Clients select the coaching program that best fits their need from the following options:

Individual Coaching

This program is designed for executives and leaders who are interested in maximizing their personal and organizational effectiveness and creating the life they envision. Together we establish specific objectives and accountabilities that will set the stage for our work together. We may meet in person, work together by phone or by e-mail, or any combination that will help you achieve the results you desire. Typical coaching engagements last a minimum of three months.

Group Coaching

This option may follow or be done concurrently with leadership team development work. This program provides participants with an opportunity to cement their relationships with team members and to build on the momentum that has been established as a result of our work together. Participants have access to a trusted facilitator who can swiftly guide them around any roadblocks they may encounter.

On-Call Coaching

Our on-call remote consulting and coaching services are designed for situations when you need advice on a particular matter, rather than a full-scale consulting or coaching engagement.
