Gail Finger is the owner of Finger Consulting, an organizational, leadership and management consulting firm. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of human motivation, performance, and the psychology of change, and has consulted with organizations in both the private and public sector.

Ms. Finger offers a wide array of services and programs that result in a highly motivated and productive workforce. They include leadership and management coaching, team development, succession and promotion planning, pre-employment assessments, and a variety of educational and experiential seminars.

Tom Martin is a professional chef who has over 15 years of experience cooking for some of Massachusetts's finest Four Star restaurants-including Boston's famed L'Espalier and Cambridge's Upstairs at the Pudding. He has a liberal arts degree from Macalster College in St. Paul, Minnestoa and a culinary degree from St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute.

Tom is passionate about sharing his love of cooking with others. He has taught technical cooking seminars at the Cambridge Center for Adult Education. He has also taught himself how to paint.

Having been raised in Minnesota, Tom has a passion for pies and butter sculpture.
